At e.l.f. Cosmetics Australia, we want you to love your beauty routine, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for products that are unused and in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used cosmetics unless the item is faulty.

Return Process

  Reach out to our Customer Care team via our contact form or email with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Authorization number and the specific return shipping address.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and include your Return Authorization number inside the box.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
